harapan tiada aral kali ni...

went for a visit to another house yesterday evening after work... 1st floor but with lift, basement parking, near swimming pool and guess what? we immediately fall in love with the house! from outside we could already see the kitchen cabinet... it is sooooo nice! while walking i'm praying hard for that to be the unit we were about to see...

got into the house but i went straight to the balcony instead just to see the view outside...its not that i dont know what is outside, but just to get the feel of it you know :)....facing the main road and ideal heights school, hear the car passing by... hahahha then suddenly like feel a bit relieved... if Mr C has to fly away, it does not feel so scary to stay alone in the house eh...

after that i went to the kitchen... and yessssssssssssssssss the very cool kitchen cabinet.... the finishing is so nice.. seriously... when we pull out the drawer, none stuck (unlike in all other houses we seen yucksss), there are even stove & hob yeahhh.... my mouth keep on saying the same sentence 'i love it.. i love it... i love it...' non-stop... and Mr C is so relieved of course, at the back of his mind yesss save him from headache of having to shop for one and gather his patience to tolerate me heh..

next to the rooms... there are only 2... no big deal.. 1 bedroom, 1 study room... enough for us... master bedroom has built in wardrobe high up almost to the ceiling... with built in dressing table and big mirror... i likeeee... just need to buy bed :).. the owner even leave the air-cond for us!

2nd room, has built in study table and wardrobe also... just need to install unifi and we can start to work already (cehhhh work???? konon!)... and maybe a sofa bed at the corner so we can turn it into guestroom any time...

and finally, our small living room cum dining... ok what... we will only buy 3-seater sofa, small cabinet for tv, small but extendable dining table and hugeeee mirror on the wall :-)... ikea here i comeeeeee.... ahh not to be forgetten, a shoe cabinet also... some rug to be put in front of the tv ermmmm cosy ehhh...

last but not least, on the way in even on foot we were asked to register at the guardhouse... and on the way out  the guard scold the agent for not waiting for us at the front gate and asked us to go to the unit by ourselves... hahahha we just laughed at it... we even love the strictness of the guard, you make us feel safe mister!

everything seems smooth for now... earnest deposit paid.. copy snp & purchase confirmation submitted to the bank... agent has called he got all the documentation from the owner, gonna meet him after work... lawyer quotation has been received and reviewed, waiting next step....

Ya Allah, kau permudahkanlah segala urusan kami... Aminnnnn...

bukan rezeki kot.....

found the house we both loves so much... Mr C really likes the idea of able to have a garden in the front yard and lives in an apartment at the same time...(again to emphasize!) lower ground floor with garden and balcony with view! move in condition - we only need to do some cleaning or samak the house, changing the grill, and maybe change the WC/shower head then wash feet can move in already.... 

the bank value the house for only RM150K, and the owner wanted to sale for more than RM185K... the difference so high no banks from the agents willing to value it more and yet we able to get pre-approved loan for RM188K... we don't mind paying higher than the market value considering the nice kitchen cabinet the owner has installed, the large built in wardrobe for the rooms... at the end, we found the owner cheated us... telling there is problem with the title, not able to give us snp but the truth is he is looking for a higher bidder... we got to know today he sold it for RM195K to another person.... again i don't mind if i need to pay RM195K, just don't lie about it... hearing this, i have no heart for the house anymore :(( ....

its not that we can't afford more expensive house, but it is just 2 of us for a start, or maybe 3 of us  for the next couple of years *wink* - a small apartment  less than 200K with nice living condition for the beginning is good enough... we have more plan later in years to come...

time to let it go reen... not meant to be yours...

akhirnyaaaa saya dah jumpaaaaaaa!!!

saya telah jumpe baju idaman hati yg dicari2 beberapa bulan nihhh... butik kt rawang... exactly seperti yg saya imagine... kaler purple pekat, ade kaler silver & hitam.. cutting pon  x labuh & meleret2... simple but nice...suke sgt!!!!!! harap2 masih available pada tarikh saya kawen nnt dan harga tidak terlalu mencekik darah....

GAVY at Maju Junction BANNED!!!

i read a lot of good thing about doing custom made shoes at Gavy especially from the b2b yg been blogging out there... mesti la excited kan, macam wahhhhh ade such thing as custom made shoes ke,  i never thought ade pon before...

so before Mr Canterbury flew out to US last month, we already went to the Gavy outlet at Maju Junction just to survey around early April... yeahhh the shoes i tried was really comfy, about the same design as my la primavera peep-toed black shoes... seriyes selesa.. so since we still confuse ourselves with the theme colour (hahahha still debating on this though gilerrr up to this stage x reti make up your mind ke ReEN oiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!)... SA nyer advise make sure confirmkn kaler baju, takot nnt dah tempah baju ngan kasot x match so we decided to put it on hold first till Mr Canterbury back in town, and we mentioned that we will come by 20th May since the SA said they will be closing the tempahan by end May until raya... oooooooooooo ok, then sempat la kot if we wait till 20th May...

today, 17th May, 3 days before the date that we promised that we gonna come back, we stopped by at Gavy again.... just as soon as when i asked how do we make the booking, they said the booking is already closed by end april... what the heck! ari tu cakap lain... x pueh ati ngan jawapan SA tu, Mr Canterbury suruh SA tu call supervisor die... supervisor tu kasik alasan they have technical issue which of course we don't give a damn, we just want to know if it is possible to slot us in or not sbb early april dah janji we will do booking on 20th May... die still kate tak boley and we felt so cheated... empty fake promises ke??? he was also very rude!  according to Mr Canterbury he sounds like ah-kak jek, koser betol.. and Mr Canterbury tried so hard conversing in BM (br balik US 2 ari kan, penat bawak slang mat saleh sebulan nk la lidah melayu balik huhuhu) which might be the reason kot he was treated rudely... kalau marah cakap BI mesti he got different feedback... kalau x percaya cuba la, giler beza ppl will treat you... so typical double standard malaysian being racist to your own kind attitude... finally we just walked away, me of cos muka penyet :(( ...so GAVY is so BANNED and off my list... even if they said come and check out again on July too bad i am not interested anymore!

went up to another floor to a store call EMMET, buat custom made shoes jugak according to the BANNED Gavy's SA and some other wedding stuff...nice owner but i tried some of the shoes but big NO, x comfy pon... sangat keras and a bit pricey... dont know we will go back there or not... possibly no kot :(

i have bunion which i dont remember if it is due to genetic mmg aku ade dr kecik ke or because of previous history of poor-fitting shoes... sometimes pakai nike pegasus pon leh buat metatarsophalangeal joint aku merah and mcm nk start blister...so a comfy shoes is my priority, no compromise... will browse for more shops.. any suggestions?

it is just not my day...

penat.. penat yang bersungguh2 ari ni... setat di pagi hari jem melampau kt setiawangsa ke jelatek... dah lame betol x kene jem mcm tu... 940am br aku sampai opis, hah amekkk ko... seb baik bos kebau pi jb ari nih..

sampai jek dba separuh sengal client nih dok kt tpt aku, iskkk bosan betol... ape la lagi report die x betol tu...bingai, all the time pi compare report yg x same basis... malas aku nk layan...

bukak email, huarghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh dokter bapok meroyan kt ED anto issue.... there goes my day... almost the whole day tengok bende yg bukan issue lansung pon... penat sgt... aku kasik interpretation purely based on facts hokeyyy... if ade kt audit trail, ade la... kalau takde nk soh aku modify data kt backend ke semata nk kasik align ngan ape yg ko kata.... sengalllllllllll la... cadang nk setat buat documentation utk message center, berjaya buat siket jek huhuhuh visit summary x abes pon huhuhuhu...

balik pon jem kt mrr2, byk beno kenderaan berat atas jalan plak ari ni, naik bukit kedek2, pi conquer lane tgh ngan kiri plak... takde mende pon leh bikin jem... tensen...

balik umah pinggan sebesen dah sedia menunggu utk dibasuh... seb baik dapo x sepah sgt, tinggal nk setelkn basuh & susun jek... pehtu kt dapo bau taik kucen kuat sangat............ huarghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh tak sker la korang nih... sebok nk bela kucen, salu bile aku soh buang ke try nk mandulkn ke korang bahankan aku, aku kejam la ape la, x reti kesian kt kucen la... tp bab nk menten, kene geget ngan hanjing nk anto pi klinik, bersihkan taik kucen sume tanak buat, sume buat2 buta tak nmpk time tu la idong sumbat x bau kunun... menci arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... dah la berak kt tepi meja letak lauk, potong selera aku nk makan nasik! dh bilik aku dkt ngan dapo mesti la aroma nya menusuk sampai kt bilik aku... punya luas umah nih, kt tpt org nk makan jugak ko nk buat jamban! dah la area tu sempit, nk bersihkan pon payah iskkkkkkkkkkkk kalau berak kt depan tepi mesin ade lego tu pon aku xde hangin satu badan mcm nihhhh.... this is the reason nape aku tak sker nk bela kucen, malas mengadap bende2 remeh nihh, start la ari2 nk kene bersihkn nih... nk bela menatang bela la mcm ikan puyu tu aku x kesah la, last skali yg aku igt aku tukar air balang die lebey dr sebulan yg lepas sampai skrang air die keruh giler pon ikan tu steady jek lagi x mati2, senang betol nk menten...

penat... aku nk tido awal la ari nih... reeeeeeennnnnnnnnnnn, shut down tido terus!

 yeahhh kami mmg suke bangunan yg berwarna warni.. terhibur mata memandang, sejuk btol hati menengok nya... 

dan kami mmg x kesah lansung tentang jalan yang berlobang merata2 seluruh negara, kami boley la bela ikan di tengah jalan, x perlu la carik kolam lagi atau gali tanah kt tpt lain ye tak, atas jalan pon bley bela ikan, boleh pi melawat ikan ternakan mase pi atau balik keje lagi... kami x kesah tayar kete pecah masuk lobang atau sport rim patah, ape ade hal, beli jek la baru, barang kt msia kn sume murah2 & sangat berkualiti tinggi...

sayang korang sume kerana memberikan kami panorama yg indah di malam hari buat mencuci mata dan melegakan hati setelah seharian bertungkus lumus mencari duit utk menggantikan tayar pecah dan rim yg patah... jasamu di kenang selamanya...
