offer letter & snp

alhamdullilah... akhirnya setelah almost 2 weeks menunggu, loan finally approved...and the offer letter was printing out while the bank officer was talking on the phone to tell me the news... esok pagi die akan hantar my offer letter to the lawyer and after lunch i think we'll leave early after ams weekly meeting to go to the lawyer's office to sign the snp & offer letter both...

next, need to push the lawyer to get developer consent faster, so we can then go to epf faster, then hopefully to get reimburse before the wedding... praying hard for everything to go on smoothly...

opsss not yet.. bukan rumah yg ni... saje berangan...maybe someday who knows, rezeki Allah kite tak tau kan huhuhu...

psl umah kt bukit idaman tu, loyer dah kol.. dokumen sume dah siap, die tanye bile nk dtg sign... huhuhu tp bank lom kol utk kate offer letter utk loan dah siap.... ber-dap-dup jantung tiap saat... cepat la bank oiii... aku x sabar nk really say that is 'our house' tiap kali lalu nmpk balcony nk pi bazar kt stadium mps or pi rawang... so selagi bank lom kol kate offer letter siap, selagi tu la aku x berani pi sign snp tu huhuhuu... harap2 dipermudahkan lah segalanya...aminnnn...

dh mcm2 plan dh nk buat utk umah tu... sbb owner dh buat mcm2 kt umah tu, planning nyer cuma tinggal utk perabot2 & brg letrik jek la...  hehehe kecik jek pon 751sf, so plan nyer pon jenis2 perabot yg jimatkn ruang....

and today, exactly 3 months utk menukar status diri... excited, happy, takot sume ade campo2 x leh nk describe... again harap dipermudahkan segalanya... ammminnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.............

harapan tiada aral kali ni...

went for a visit to another house yesterday evening after work... 1st floor but with lift, basement parking, near swimming pool and guess what? we immediately fall in love with the house! from outside we could already see the kitchen cabinet... it is sooooo nice! while walking i'm praying hard for that to be the unit we were about to see...

got into the house but i went straight to the balcony instead just to see the view outside...its not that i dont know what is outside, but just to get the feel of it you know :)....facing the main road and ideal heights school, hear the car passing by... hahahha then suddenly like feel a bit relieved... if Mr C has to fly away, it does not feel so scary to stay alone in the house eh...

after that i went to the kitchen... and yessssssssssssssssss the very cool kitchen cabinet.... the finishing is so nice.. seriously... when we pull out the drawer, none stuck (unlike in all other houses we seen yucksss), there are even stove & hob yeahhh.... my mouth keep on saying the same sentence 'i love it.. i love it... i love it...' non-stop... and Mr C is so relieved of course, at the back of his mind yesss save him from headache of having to shop for one and gather his patience to tolerate me heh..

next to the rooms... there are only 2... no big deal.. 1 bedroom, 1 study room... enough for us... master bedroom has built in wardrobe high up almost to the ceiling... with built in dressing table and big mirror... i likeeee... just need to buy bed :).. the owner even leave the air-cond for us!

2nd room, has built in study table and wardrobe also... just need to install unifi and we can start to work already (cehhhh work???? konon!)... and maybe a sofa bed at the corner so we can turn it into guestroom any time...

and finally, our small living room cum dining... ok what... we will only buy 3-seater sofa, small cabinet for tv, small but extendable dining table and hugeeee mirror on the wall :-)... ikea here i comeeeeee.... ahh not to be forgetten, a shoe cabinet also... some rug to be put in front of the tv ermmmm cosy ehhh...

last but not least, on the way in even on foot we were asked to register at the guardhouse... and on the way out  the guard scold the agent for not waiting for us at the front gate and asked us to go to the unit by ourselves... hahahha we just laughed at it... we even love the strictness of the guard, you make us feel safe mister!

everything seems smooth for now... earnest deposit paid.. copy snp & purchase confirmation submitted to the bank... agent has called he got all the documentation from the owner, gonna meet him after work... lawyer quotation has been received and reviewed, waiting next step....

Ya Allah, kau permudahkanlah segala urusan kami... Aminnnnn...

bukan rezeki kot.....

found the house we both loves so much... Mr C really likes the idea of able to have a garden in the front yard and lives in an apartment at the same time...(again to emphasize!) lower ground floor with garden and balcony with view! move in condition - we only need to do some cleaning or samak the house, changing the grill, and maybe change the WC/shower head then wash feet can move in already.... 

the bank value the house for only RM150K, and the owner wanted to sale for more than RM185K... the difference so high no banks from the agents willing to value it more and yet we able to get pre-approved loan for RM188K... we don't mind paying higher than the market value considering the nice kitchen cabinet the owner has installed, the large built in wardrobe for the rooms... at the end, we found the owner cheated us... telling there is problem with the title, not able to give us snp but the truth is he is looking for a higher bidder... we got to know today he sold it for RM195K to another person.... again i don't mind if i need to pay RM195K, just don't lie about it... hearing this, i have no heart for the house anymore :(( ....

its not that we can't afford more expensive house, but it is just 2 of us for a start, or maybe 3 of us  for the next couple of years *wink* - a small apartment  less than 200K with nice living condition for the beginning is good enough... we have more plan later in years to come...

time to let it go reen... not meant to be yours...

Allah may have planned something far more better than this for both of you, insya allah...
